Chair pose/Utkatasana strengthens ankles, thighs, calves and spine and stretches shoulders and chest.
Warrior 1,2 and 3 poses/Virabhadrasana I, II and III. The warrior sequence of postures strengthens and stretches legs, ankles and increases stamina.
