Butter chicken with naan 🍛 🫓#shorts

Ingredients Garlic Naan - 500g flour - 2 tsp dry yeast - 185g plain yogurt - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1½ tsp salt - 1 tsp sugar - 1/4 cup (60ml) water - 3/4 cup (180ml) milk - 8 cloves minced garlic - 3-4 tbsp butter for brushing - Coriander for garnish Method 1. In a small bowl mix the water and milk, and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds so it’s warm but not too hot. 2. In a mixing bowl, mix the yeast and sugar. Then, add salt and make a well in the centre. 3. Pour in the yoghurt and warm milk/water mix and mix until you have a loose ball. 4. Turn this out onto a dusted surface and knead for 4-5 minutes or until the dough becomes smooth. 5. Place this in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes to an hour or until it’s doubled in size. 6. Cut the dough into eight pieces and stretch out.
