‘A tragedy’: Six pro-lifers facing 11 years imprisonment for peaceful protest in US

The Media Research Centre’s Stephanie Hamill has said it’s a tragedy that six pro-lifers who protested peacefully are now facing up to 11 years imprisonment in the US. The pro-lifers sang hymns in front of an abortion clinic in March, 2021. “It’s another example of the two-tiered justice system in this country,” she told Sky News host James Morrow. “It seems like if you are a Christian or you support the ‘wrong party’ – the Republican Party in their eyes, then you get the book thrown at you. “Legally speaking, we’ve seen the legal system abused over and over again, it’s not my opinion – that is just a general consensus if you look and see what is going on.”
