I developed a Rattan Ring form from one version of the Chuka SPM Som Bo Gin. It’s still a work in progress. Some techniques had to be slightly modified in order for the form to flow. Using the ring helps keep both hands felling pressure as well as keeping true with the Up-Down-In-Out principle, not to mention how it helps condition the bridge.I know this form is done differently but I chose a version I’m comfortable with in order to work out the ring.
