[FREE template] How to DIY paper Cosmos flower

Paper cosmos flowers are still so fancy and breezy. You could easily DIY with my FREE template and step by step tutorial. In this tutorial I use the twisted,paper, but after trying with printer paper, I’m sure that you could easily make these beautiful bouquet with printer paper and pastel chalk or watercolor.
