Marcy’s Truth Animatic but my style is inconsistent…

I just loved this whole scene and wanted to recreate it in my style. Unfortunately, my style (I feel) is all over the place, the characters never look the “same.” Also, a part of me wants to fully animate this, not sure, what do you guys think?
