Note that leaders of countries that are not officially recognized by the UN, are not included in the list for the avoidance of related disputes. Temporary heads of state or government who acted for a few hours or days and had no impact in the governance of their respective countries are also not included. No ideological criteria were taken into consideration. Also, the video does not imply that every leader included has been successful, but it generally supports the attainment of leadership roles by Women, as a message for the empowerment of all Women.
