Upgrading the pots in your electric guitar can be a great way to add some extra tone to your axe, The value of the pot play’s a large role in the brightness of your tone and how the pot will interact with your pickups. Usually for single coils we use 250K for humbuckers 500K and for some other guitars like Telecaster or Jazzmaster 1Meg, In this demo i use mini alpha pots on a Squier Mustang HH guitar just to hear the difference between them and get an idea, if you want to upgrade your guitar pots i reccoment to get good quality CTS potentiometers.
