Destination Vegas: Deadlift Challenge 7 Weeks Out

Final Exercise for Back Training on Thursday July 29. This was an ascending descending set of Rack Pulls working up to a max effort set up to 6 reps - resting for 45 seconds and then starting the drop set at the same weight I finished the max effort set at. It’s one of my primary goals of this prep from start to finish within the high standards I have for myself to keep training and my love for the gym intact.
