Steven Hiscoe Shihan is the owner and chief instructor of Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu located in Chilliwack BC. He is also the vice-president of the Canadian Jiu-Jitsu Union. In this video, taken at the 2013 Canadian Jiu-Jitsu Union Winter Camp, he demonstrate how to escape from a front throat grab into a figure 4 elbow lock.
