Joe Biden heckled on Hurricane Ida tour

US President Joe Biden has been heckled over his handling of Afghanistan, as he toured flood damaged streets in New Jersey. The President was touring the streets after Hurricane Ida ravaged the town, with garbage strewn all over the streets. A number of neighbours came out and heckled the president over his handling of Afghanistan.
