Thin, tender pancakes.
A simple recipe, and the result is delicious!
We will need:
Eggs - 3 pieces
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 0.5 liters
Flour - 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 20 grams
Cooking:
Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and mix. Pour in the milk, sift the flour and mix well (you can use a whisk, but a mixer is faster) until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like that of liquid sour cream, add vegetable oil to it and mix again. Lubricate the preheated pan with a small piece of butter, pour the dough and bake the pancakes over low heat on both sides. Ready-made pancakes can be served with honey, sour cream, condensed milk or jam.
