Chocolate Cocktail | Emeril Lagasse

Emeril’s decadent Chocolate Cocktail is a chocoholic’s dream-dessert in a glass! CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL SERVES 2 Cracked ice Ice cubes 2 ounces vodka 1 ounce chocolate liqueur 1 ounce walnut liqueur 1 ounce coffee liqueur (optional) 1 tablespoon finely grated bittersweet chocolate, for garnish Fill two martini glasses with cracked ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add vodka and liqueurs; shake until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish cocktails with chocolate and serve.
