onion - 400 g (14 oz)
salt - 10 g ( oz)
smoked paprika - 10 g ( oz)
herbs of Provence - 10 g ( oz)
beer - 250 ml ( fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 35 minutes with lid
for potatoes:
potatoes - 300 g (10.6 oz)
melted butter - 100 g (3.5 oz)
parmesan - 100 g (3.5 oz)
garlic - 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
oregano - 3 g ( oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
