Lesson of the Lines: Cross Body Movement: Shoulder Break and Counter
This week we look at the throw motion after the first master cover and how it leads to a shoulder and elbow break. This entails a lot of forward offline motion to power the action. This force is as much of a detriment as it is power which we will see in the counter.
