KICK & BASS SEPARATION 👈🏼

👨🏻‍💻 When you’re mastering and you only have a stereo file, 🤔 But you need some more separation in the kick and the bass, ⬇️ Try this trick using Ozone 10... 🎛 Load up the Master Rebalance and the Dynamics plugin. 🆙 On the Master Rebalance plugin, turn the bass up by about 2dB. 🙅🏻‍♂️ On the Dynamics plugin, select the lower frequencies at around the 200 crossover point. 🔇 Make sure you turn off the upper frequency band as we’re only going to be compressing the low end. 👉🏼 Set your ratio at about 4:1 with a fast release and a slow attack. 🎚 Bring the threshold of the compressor down as the track plays until you’re only getting about -1 to -2 dB of gain reduction. #mastering #kick #bass #ozone #plugin #tipsandtricks #shorts
