Pink Floyd. Dark Side of the Moon Side 1. HQ Vinyl Rip (70s Pressing)

From a 70s pressing of DSOTM. I’m still looking for a good copy of the first pressing with the solid triangle! I also have the 30th Anniversary edition on vinyl too. I’ll do that soon too. I have to say that the sound on this came out a bit darker than I expected. I raised up the VTA on my LP12 but it probably wasn’t quite enough. The mid bass is a bit heavy too. I’ll probably rip this again soon with a different cartridge, higher VTA and some other adjustments. At the least this sounds very smooth to my ears. Much smoother than others. The Linn Karma MC cartridge is really smooth and refined in the top end, yet detailed sounding too and highly musical. Reminiscent of a Koetsu cartridge.
