Today I will show one day of my grandmother’s life high in the Carpathians. Outside winter, the end of January, there is snow everywhere but the temperature is close to zero degrees, close to the thaw. First you need to pull firewood from the forest while the snow is lying, then we will prepare a lunch and we will spin the threads of sheep’s wool from which I will then weave warm socks to the grandchildren.
