Clashes in The Hague, as anti-government protesters rally on eve of Dutch general election

The police shot at least one warning shot during the rally, according to reports. Clashes began when people refused to end the unauthorised protest and police took one of the protesters’ banners. The Netherlands has registered 1,166,923 COVID-19, with 16,176 related deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University.
