Russia Confronts U.K. War Hawks

Russia announced three major initiatives yesterday: 1. Reaffirming its commitment to the statement of the Nuclear Five against launching a nuclear attack; 2. Demanding the Brits answer charges, backed by evidence, of their role in the attack on Sevastopol and the Nord Stream pipelines; and 3. Restarting grain shipments, after getting a signed agreement from Kiev to stick to its previous (and broken) commitment to safe passage of grain ships through a corridor in the Black Sea.
