This 15 min workout will help you build a strong and beautiful pilates body! ♥︎ It’s perfect for beginners and you have time to rest after each 30 sec exercise. We do all exercises on the floor, it’s low intensity but still works every part of your body: tones arms & legs, defines abs and lifts the booty. If you are not a beginner anymore, you can do this routine to warm up before intense workouts or just skip the breaks to make it more intense.
