The Red Elvises are a Russian-American band that performs rock & roll, surf, rockabilly, reggae, lounge and traditional Russian styles of music. They are based in Santa Monica, California. Heatwave is an annual festival organized by WMNF community radio in Tampa, Florida, held at the Cuban club in Ybor City, Tampa. This video was aired as part of “Video Cafe No. 20“ community access television show in Aug 1999. Bright House Community Access was channel 96 out of Clearwater Florida and reached about 250,000
