But with the passing of time the moment has arrived for me to take what was the difficult decision to close this very special chapter of my life. It was, of course, incredibly important to me to do this in a way that I felt Freddie would have loved, and there was nothing he loved more than an auction and no auction house he loved more than Sotheby’s.
