Gauge Conversion

This episode tells the story of the change of the rail tracks for CR Express trains at the Alataw Pass in Xinjiang. The CR Express train, loaded with British goods, would complete the entry procedures at Alataw Pass before changing from the broad-gauge tracks to the standard gauge ones. After a short stay, it would continue towards Yiwu, the destination of the trip.
