APG - Create Decorative Pearl Flower Center

Hi there. I create a lot of my own flowers and am always looking for a decorative center that’s frugal to finish them off. This is a center that I created that can be scaled up or scaled down to fit what ever center you need to fill. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and is a nice finish to a plain flower.
