This was WPWs second session with Canadian IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilder Sophie Duquette. During her first photo/video session, Sophie was in top contest shape, so the WPW staff was looking forward to doing work with her while she was in her larger off-season weight, although even at 140 pounds she was so defined and detailed, Sophie still looked almost contest-ready for this 2003 session. Though even in such lean shape, Sophie’s work in the gym was very impressive. After showing off her strength in the gym, she hits all the shots, posing and flexing her pro caliber physique in a few outfits, including a bikini and dress items, all showing off her excellent lower body, but in particular, her huge upper body, biceps, back, and her chest was very muscular and defined.
