1 Litre Of Tears Special (Part 2)

It’s basically a 18min TV special of the dorama that was screened just before the first episode of the dorama. It talks about the real Aya Kidou story in some detail showing many of her old pictures and includes an interview with her mum. Erika Sawajiri and her screen mum also give their comments. The part showing Aya lying at the hospital bed and her mum reading excerpts from the 1L novel to her was quite touching. There are also scenes from the dorama inside.
