(QT 20/06/23) Legislative Rights for Intersex People

On 20th June 2023, Rachel Payne, Member for South-Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne asked the Minister for Equality whether the government would commit to protecting intersex Victorians’ right to bodily autonomy by following the ACT legislation, that will stop deferrable treatments on intersex people.
