Once a renowned pianist, Yuri Kashiwaga (Yui Aragaki), she returns to her hometown on the Goto Islands to work at a middle school and advise the school choir after a horrible accident. The choir is trying to take part in The NHK All-Japan School Choir Competition. As a part of the students’ studies, and as a way to vent their worries and emotions, Yuri asks them all to write a letter: “To myself 15 years later.”
