Remnant 2 runs awful even on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

At Native 4K/Ultra Settings, Remnant 2 drops to 40fps on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090. The game does not feature any Ray Tracing effects, though it does support both DLSS 2 and DLSS 3. With DLSS 3 Quality, an RTX 4090 can at least brute force its way and push 100fps.
