Watch live: Special programme from Paris as exit poll shows Far-right National Rally in third place
Voters have gone to the polls for the second time in France in crucial parliamentary run-off elections that threaten political deadlock.
France’s far-right National Rally (RN) party has been beaten into third place in France’s parliamentary election, according to exit polls from BFM.
The left-wing coalition New Popular Front is expected to take between 172-205 seats.
In a huge surprise, Emmanuel Macron’s centrist alliance Ensemble is expected to receive around 150-175 seats.
Sky’s Yalda Hakim will be live in Paris from 7pm for all the reaction and analysis as the polls close.
