The Atherton’s have spent their lives racing and developing mountain bikes and so we were excited to see they they have started their own MTB brand, all built in the UK! We have been following the Atherton Bike company journey from the very start and it’s been amazing to see to their UK based head quarters to check out the full process of building one of their high end bike frames! Atherton use a combination of 3D Printed lugs in combination with high end carbon tubing which they say has many benefits, such as being able to produce quickly produce rapid prototyping, a lot of sizes and even custom geometry!
