This is the long anticipated TenShin Aikido RanDori part 3. In this video lenny sly sensei of the rogue warriors training compound covers the second set of Nagewaza (throwing techniques) that we like to use during our randori training, Osae Nage and Nodotsukiage. We go over when and how to use these particular throws, as well as we talk about and show how to incorporate Te Sabaki within this training method.
