This week’s challenge is the Allegra. This move looks so pretty on a spinning pole!
What I learned:
1. You need to start from a flat line scorpio first, otherwise your thigh will keep slipping
2. Remember to stretch your back and legs before this move.
3. Arching your back and kicking the hanging leg out makes this move look more elegant.
4. You need a lot of strength on the hand that’s gripping the pole... and you get unsightly calluses after :)
