How to make 3d Quilling Minion . For this 3d quilling model we need scissors, quilling needle, tweezers, ruler,glue and colored paper. 3D Minion is made from around 64 yellow , 28 dark blue and 12 black strip of paper 5 mm wide and 30 cm long and we also need 1 black strip of paper 0.3*20 cm , 2 white strip of paper 0.3*30 cm , 1 gray strip of paper 0.3*30 cm and 1 gray strip of paper 0.3*15 cm.
