SHORT CLIPS: leg & hips stretch on elbow

Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me stretching my legs & hips. This exercise is very helpful, when working on the splits (front- & middle splits) and the pancake pose! Always remember: Stretching is all about patience. Take your time to get into the stretch and progress bit by bit. No need to rush and no need to compare yourself directly to others.
