video from a weekend seminar with Axel Pettersson, Robert Molin and Hans Jörnlind of GHFS, Sweden at the Hallebardiers Guild of st Michaels HEMA club in Bruges, Belgium. This footage is from one of the two days of the seminar, showing the class on how to use focus pads in training, the dussack class and the class on how to bring technique training closer to sparring by adding different variables such as varying distance etc, using a simple half sword technique as an example.
