Various January 2022 Wing Chun Sessions

This is a video covering at a very high level some of the elements of my teachings. Unlike many teachers who would not be seen letting there students get the upper hand - especially on video, I like to keep it real and keep my students honest with the sorts of attacks they might encounter in real life. Single punch demos where a student throws one arm slowly and then remains static until the instructor has finished his or her flurry of moves are at best unhelpful and at worst, lead to misplaced confidence in something that if used in real life, would be seriously detrimental to your health! This isn’t just Wing Chun though. There are elements of JKD, Kali and Boxing in here too. The video was taken from just two sessions in Clare in January 2020.
