He had always despised politics considering the most precious maintaining human life and health. He was proud to be a doctor, all his life benefited the community as a whole having deserved honor of the locals in the Urals. As a result, he managed to make a reality almost unthinkable – to build a high-tech cardiovascular center at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Though the state allotted funds for a new building project, the money had been stolen and the building could not be qualified for acceptance.
