Nearing Victory: Hundreds of NATO warships arrive in ODESSA, Ukraine

ODESA, Ukraine Ships from Nato member states sail in formation in the Black Sea. Naval forces from 19 countries, including 15 NATO Allies, recently congregated in the Black Sea to head to Ukraine, led jointly by the United States and Ukraine. The arrival of the ships, in its 19th iteration, is designed to improve interoperability among participating nations and strengthen regional security by focusing on the different scenarios played out on land, sea and air.
