Popol Vuh - Wehe Khorazin (1981)

I had already uploaded this clip on my old blog: It is taken from the Florian Fricke’s movie Sei Still, Wisse ICH BIN. It was inspired by the bible, filmed in the Sinai desert. The movie had been released only in the 90’s and now it is out of print again. The soundtrack, produced by Klaus Schulze, is available on CD. The part of the messiah was played by a girl, Vera Von Lehndorf. This song has also been used in the soundtrack of Werner Herzog’s Fitzcarraldo.
