100 Bottle Gourd & 40 KH shrimp mixed traditional style gravy mashed curry cooking by 15 village ladies to feed 350 villagers with rice. First 15 ladies cutting all the bottle gourd/lao into small small pieces. And also processing & clean all the prawns and then they boiled the lao with some spice masala.
