[PoE ] Poet’s Pen Frostblink of Wintry Blast Essence and boss rushing

Frostblink of Wintry Blast might be one of the strongest skills of , not only does it have unreasonably high damage, it is a movement skill so we can easily get HUGE amounts of cooldown recovery really easily in a way that puts all other spell trigger builds to shame. And being a movement skill, it lets us go FAST. Here’s my interpretation on this build. IMPORTANT: at least 153% cooldown recovery rate, and you can’t go over attack speed. for mana costs: inspiration in squire, militant faith, flask mana cost, ring mods, mana mastery as a last resort. pob: atlas tree: Notes: 1) Skill can double hit in the overlap. This is really important for damage especially on lower budgets - I showcase the insane damage of this skill by taking off 3 support gems (going down to 50M dps) and still easily oneshotting essence rares in a T16 map. In an earlier map with a tanky rare, I miss the double hit and it ends up surviving
