Who Died Inside Hitler’s Fuhrerbunker?

During the closing stages of the Battle of Berlin, Adolf Hitler would decide to remain in the German capital until his final days. He would remain inside the Fuhrerbunker, a large underground network of rooms and chambers in which the final parts of the Third Reich would live and operate until the War in Europe was over. The Fuhrerbunker would be where Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun and many others would meet their ends with the Third Reich crumbling around them. The situation for the Nazis in May 1945, and it was clear that Berlin would fall to the Soviet Red Army. Inside Hitler’s bunker was Hitler himself, Eva Braun (his wife), Joseph Goebbels and the Goebbels family, and many of Hitler’s staff and closest advisors such as Martin Bormann.
