In June of 2005, Michael Jackson went to Bahrain to look for a better life for him and his family. At the same time, Aileen Medalla, a young Filipino teacher, arrived in Bahrain looking for a better life, too. After months of not getting a job and almost giving up on her dreams, little did she know she would get to work for Michael Jackson. On the 12th anniversary of his untimely death, we remember Michael Jackson by talking about the time of his life when he got to be a loving and devoted father to his children. To find out about this, we are pleased to welcome Aileen Medalla, author of the book “The King of Pop and I”, and the homeschool traveling teacher of Prince, Paris and Blanket.
