Expand your creativity. Take a printed fabric add some colour with Inktense & slow stitch to finish.
Want to do some textile art, but not sure where to start? Watch as Tracey @artfiberstitch shows you how to take a printed fabric and change it dramatically adding your own personal flavour. Vibrant colour was added to the background with Inktense blocks, which you can apply and then wet to make permanent. Some easy stitches were added, and a colourful picture bursting with energy is the result. This is part 1 of a series, where we will take the same cloth and make vastly different pictures using different textile art methods and slow stitch hand sewing. Enjoy learning new techniques and incorporating them into your own work, or just watch along because it is fun!
