UN General Assembly marks 75th anniversary online

Seventy-five years ago, delegates gathered in London for the first ever meeting of the United Nations General Assembly. But plans to celebrate the anniversary have been scaled back because of the COVID-19 pandemic. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called the pandemic the biggest test the global body has faced since its founding.
