We will be following the Wim Hof guided breathing method which includes deep inhales followed by breath retentions (Breath-holds). We will be doing 40 breaths and a total of 4 rounds. I create this rhythmic music that helps guide our breath and remain calm during the breath-holds. It is recommended to do these breathing exercises in the morning on an empty stomach. I like to do them while my morning coffee is brewing. So get into a comfortable position, in a safe environment, click play and enjoy.
