This week Ryron shows us some great details on defending the footlock. He likes to bait his opponent with his foot so that he gets a chance to practice defending. At 2:19 Ryron discusses why he doesn’t go right for mount off the defense. It’s a very good example of why it’s not always a good idea to be too ’greedy’ when transitioning in between positions.
