Joe Biden vows to fight on despite NATO gaffes

The US president is back on the campaign trail today while his administration persists with trying to convince Democrats, donors and voters he is still up for the job. There were gasps from the room at two separate NATO events in Washington last night, after Joe Biden made another series of gaffes. Donors are reportedly withholding 90 million dollars in funding from the Democrats unless Mr Biden pulls out of the race for re-election.
